Returns
We do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, if you have issues with your purchase please contact us I am happy to help. You can reach us at: fresitascharms@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
While we cannot accept returns, you can exchange your purchase as long as it was in the condition you received it, unused, with its original packaging, and provide the proof of purchase. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To do this, you must email us at: fresitascharms@gmail.com so we are aware and can process your exchange. We will send you the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
